The one with the countdown to my day

one more day and ill be 20.

and today is impt. not only did i had my first pedicure in ages, not only did i have a great feast, not only did i watch a great movie, not only did i take nice pictures...

this marks the first day of my emancipation. the first day where burden is lifted from my shoulders.

there are people who are shocked by what it. It was a unexpected thing for me too. although the idea grew in my head for ages, i never had the courage to do it. and i dragged on and on. to the point when i totally gave up. i couldnt bring myself to say the cruel decision, but i said it nonetheless.

many may pat me on my back and say i ddi the right thing. but they werent there to hear the heartbreaking sobs. i didnt expect that kind of reaction. not from someone i thought had a heart made of steel.

but i guess, in the long run, i wont regret my decision. few years back, i made one wrong decision, this time around im not going to repeat.

Watched the latest Jay movie with ah bang yesterday! arhh he was damm late lar! but when we entered GV, the show just started. lucky he booked the tix in advance. really weird in a way to watch movie with him around, cuz still the only contact we had was just the occasional 'Hi' in school..and the ktv session. Hahaha...after the movie, we were thinking of shopping around.. den qj called, and i was like, alright they are just meters away from us. haha! ah bang den left in a hurry..lolx. when he reached home, he msg me saying that he has a pressie for me! hahah!! vix was like saying he missed seeing ah bang, cuz with me raving abt how nice he is, must be not gd looking de. lolx

Pre bday celebration - had international buffet at Grand Mecure Hotel. Yummers!! raw food galore for sum1 eh! haha..i had lotsa soup and i tell u, the most fun part is the ice cream!!!! haha they have the full package- fudge, nuts, rainbow rice! hahah...we took turns makig ice cream! lol apparently im not a good cook kinda person. lol my ice cream looks damm cui! lol... den went for pedicure! haha..feels damm shuang..damm pampered. hahah they even had 8 treasures drink. Haha..didnt liked it! too 'cheena' for my taste.

Watched the Confession of Pain. hahah! Aniki Jin's character is ah bang! lol so funny. anyway not bad a show lar, just that the story abit short lo. haha..Tony Leung as usual, plays the role of a corrupted cop. lol! opposite of the Infernal Affairs. Met the rest of the gang for dinner. I love korean food. haha..^^

actualy bday celebration tomorrow! cant wait! finally got pictures! hahah asking qj's cute lil sister to come. haha...


actually felt weird. how can i not feel a tug. shld be too affected to be enjoying rite? i dont. sigh

u know, when i heard this song- it striked me with a sense of deja vu. like ive heard this before. And as usual, this wilbur pan guy ripped offf like several english tracks and made it his own tune. duh-oh.

this song is nice. but try listening ot something by Fort Minor. and you will see what i mean.

Anyway, rip off apart - this song is rather...confusing. when i first learnt that its a duet, i thought its a song between lovers abt the lack of understanding etc. but when i looked at the mtv, i looked at the female sing, i reckon well, it must be a song abt mother and son. I mean she is darn old to be his lover larh - song wise or not.

i always lament that i dont understand people. i cant even understand people that i am supposed to understand.

The one with the festive seasons!

After all the working, its really a daunting task to pass my time. haha as christmas draws nearer, its on with all the exchanging of gifts. This year, i will be off to fmaily gatherings and spending time with the usual bunch of friends. This year around is different, i am no longer spending time in a one to one world, but to a one to many world. Somehow that feels much bettter. Although its not the jc clique, its a total new group of people that somehow i have built a rapport with.

Jin say i have changed. changed to become colder, and more distant. its true. He made me distant and that i have become. I no longer feel the need to fuel something that isnt worth my potential. For so long i have tried to be patient, to be longing, and i realise there isnt a need to. Of cuz things are so complicated right now, but when u have sum1 who is willing to be there to offer you all the time you need, thats what makes me happy.

Going to sing karaoke later with the uni people! arhh never have i sang with them before! Ahbang says that he quite paiseh to sing in front of all of us, but really i am so curious of his voice. whenever we talk about songs, he comes off as this super pro singer. hahah!! cant wait! =P

Went to qj's mum's stall to eat few days back. Haha of cuz, my mum and alex was with me since they are there to buy uniform. Argghh so paiseh. we end up sitting right in front of the stall. i really realise, i dunno how to behave in front of other people's parents. not that i am dying to make a impression, but at lease i must be demure. Haha..qj's sister always thinks i look fierce and of cuz i cant afford his mum to think the same way as me! haha.. i lurve the tofu! =p went back yesterday to eat it again, but had ramen from other stalls! Haha...

Victor called this mornin to ask about wanting to watch the latest Jay Chou movie.. and well.. either i watch it with them or with ah bang. hahah!! and of cuz, i...dunno lar huh. Actually its just the 2 of us, but dunno why ah bang mentioned abt asking qj to go, and when i say ok i am fine with it. I really went to ask qj..but after which ah bang says. forget it la 2 ppl go can le, den i had to tell qj that well, he cant go. lol! darn i am so evil can! LoLx. so i ask victor to acc qj to watch. lolx!

Xmas eve, we'll all be celebrating at qj's house for gift xchange, food and drinks and dunno what else! arhh so excited. lolx first time spending xmas with them! haha...

Yang is away at taiwan! hope he dosent get caught up withthe pretty girls and not come back!

the one with all the craaap

my job dont allow short skirts!!! fine~ wear longer ones. den why still dont allow. that old forget sucks downright to the core loh!!!!! i told him straight that i do not have any pants. 8 days work and u expect me to get brand new pants which i probably wont ever wear. blardi hell. He is like a total scardey cat. today a candidate make noise say she wants a cushion chair, when i went back to ask that old guy whether it is allowed, he look at me liek i have the IQ of a toad and says"OF CUZ NOT" so i went back dutifully to tell the stuck up candidate that it is not allowed. the girl threatened to complain and he walks over and almost wets his pants. still gave her the cushion chair. some people are damm nuts lar huh - taking exam demand cushion chair. siao!

out with yang last night for more late night supper at this new hangkong cafe! it taste more or less like the macau cafe i went with nic. Ommph..remmb we shared the chicken baked rice~ yummers lo! haha nic bought me a umbrella cuz he knows i have no umbrella..lolx!! its in HOT PINK!!! wonder if its a bad sign to give umbrella. lolx

everyone at work thought we are a couple and i felt really bad when i keep making that face and insisted that no we are not. Haha like i am super insulted. lolx! evil i know. i just dont want unnecessary rumours lah. Ah bang ask me if i wanna catch the Jay movie..and i was like "YESSSS" hahaha...in the silence of my heart of cuz. lolx! but i wonder...would he ask nona along? or its just me? lolx..i oso dun dare aks nona whether ah bang mentioned. haha told yang i think Ah bang is damm nice, even guys at work praise him as a gentlemen. lolx the way he open his eyes big big when we are stare at him eating roti john. lolx. sho cute. =p

Yummers, nic bought 3 Subway cookies for me to take hometoday! I didnt know subway has cookies and its damm nice man! cheap oso...i think. hahaha!!! compared to famous amos lo. and it taste just as good. lolx

The one with the overdue

Holidays have started and i am well into the 6th day of my work. Invigilation is rather boring, come to think of it. Although i have my kakis around me, we cant talk! last thurs, the examinations officer complained that we talk too much! hahah just me, weiling and meiling loh! its boring lar! and when we told huiqing about it, it seems like we forever kana complained. haha the last time we were out in the tutorial corrider and like 1 lecturer, 1 dean came out to say us. lolx! they dont scold lar, cuz we are no longer kids, just suan us. lol!!! feel damm small.

Yesterday was Milkshake @ MOS. arhh free entry for students and NSFs. I reached there around 9 plus and the queue was terrible enough! At 9 plus, the queue was well into Liang court that area, and its a multi people queue. so imagine the throng of people if you even managed to get inside.

It seems liek almost everyone was there, saw a couple of JC people! saw Minglong at the MRT control when we went to wait for the rest of the group...stunned! He was there with his other friends, and apparently going for the same event. Told them the queue was terrible, and after they make calls to confirm, they went off..dunno to where. haha! wasted trip aint it?!

I saw No.2!!! the no.2 hunk of envt enging. hahah saw his walking past Crazy Horse. lolx! oo speakign abt CH, peirong didnt know what it is all about. and i had to explain to her, lol, luckily the guys didnt thinka bt going there or ill probably sleep man, why woudl i wanna go see girls?!

After the rest came, we went to Indochine instead. Arhh, i lurve the interior loh! oh my.. the ancient bed with the fluffy cushions, ommph... so romantic. we went in and had a few drinks. Wahhh the waitress cannot make it man. keep mixing up orders. my friend ordered a Mai Tai - brandy and several other juices...and she gave her my order which is a mocktail! I drank mine..and i can taste vodka lo...in the end we had to taste each others drinks and swap. Pengs!

Mummys bday was on the past friday, so we went to watch nativity. Arh nice. i lurve the soundtrack. But when i went online to check it out, it seems like there is sooo many tracks!!!

Registration of subjects is over liao! arhh desperateyl wanna plan a 4 days week...i could if i skip one lecture. hahaha! which seems quite feasible! =p
