Originally, this song was sung by Yi Neng Jing, but since th ecomposer is JJ Lin, he actuallly made an appearance with it. and i thought he sang way better. Hahah. its more his style la. Yi Neng Jing is like 40 yrs old and still act cute. Sigh.


Went to catch Dreamgirls today. Oh my. its fantastic man. i give it 4 and a half stars! well, cuz the movie a bit too long lar, my butt hurts like mad- so deduct half star. anyway, im like mesmerized with Jennifer hUdson and her rendition of the song. It a song sung so many times by so many diff ppl ( i knwo cuz i seen all the versions in one night) and wow, she sounded great in the movie. especially teh part when she was kicked out frm the grp by her bf who got her pregnant (yada yada...etc). Its a sure tear inducer. so sad. so so sad. if i watchin alone, cofirm cry. lol! wonder the auntie in fron tof me cried not. lol Please watch it below to try. lol!

More or less, i dun have much new year mood. Although we did more visitation, it just seems like, days past kinda fast.



Pre Newyear, the UNI clique had a mini reunion dinner before we had it with our parents. Ben intro us this place at Jurong east which offers buffet steamboat at the price of like...$10.90. More than 5 ppl, and you have Cereal Prawn and crabs! Yummers! Its damm worth la. So we had lotsa food, potong ice cream and of cuz, lotsa fun! =)

As for new year itself, first stop is always Maternal side. Cuz Grandma will alwways make this Vegetarian dish. which i totally love. Why? its made up mainly of preserved bean curd. lol! reddish and pinkish, but nice. Went church during evening time and off to qj's house. Hmm, did a small boo boo. actually wanted to help out to change cushion casing den end up do wrong Hahah cant help it. nvr done this stuff b4. take plate, chopsticks oso fall to floor. shld listen to mummy more, just sit and dun do anything. lol but cannot la. later qj mum think i too spoilt le. =p

Went to da gu's house. and this time, merv brought his gf. and of cuz real weird, cuz she acted like she never seehuge houses b4. she step into the kitchen and was like ' wow, its the size of my flat.' yeah its true, xiao gu ask me go in and take a stool, i walk inside kitchen and walked out. scared. hahah! and well, so the crazy couple just went picture taking aroudn the pook an the garden etc la. tsk. the chandelier in the livign room is like..i dunno, 2 m long? hahah th emain door already 3m high, so can imagine lar huh!

Day 3 of CNY, had the JC clique over for dinner and steamboat (again). i had like 3 steamboats in 5 days. dots! but its great seeing everyone again. and the coolest thing is? i have the coolest clique. almost everyoen has their own car. lol so they rest came and had to find place to park. my car park the most park 2 spaces only. But i was like thinking, if the whole group of us went out to lets say somewhere, den it would be a trail of 5 cars. bloody cool. shld do that sumtime. hahah! Anyway we sat there talking and decided that, june shall go on shopign trip to HK or Macau. Set liao. 7 -10 June! quite fast are we? chope chope.

know whats so crazy? Mummy actually planning to go again in March, but i have school. and she keep asking if i can pontank 4 days jsut to acc her. sigh. where got mother ask kid to skip sch just to go for shopping trip one? got loh, mine lo! haha. the last dec she went, came back with so many stuff. mostly accessories for me la, cuz i as usual nuts for earrings ma. hur hur.

qj and i went small shopping today at CS. sinc ei was driving, went to pick him up and head to buy huge pink pencil case. added a flowery pin in front. look freaking cute. hahaha *grins* look at more nail colours! tempting! cannot lar. i ran out of colours to buy cuz i have so many colours liao. think i gotta go buy fake nails. next step. =p

Valentine's - a day where u see the MOST number of couples around. No kiddin. In school, on buses, on trains...EVERYWHERE! In school, HQ made a note that girls are extremely bitchy on this special day. everyone or anyone is comparing the size of their bouquet and of cuz, presents. Hmm.

A week ago, or rather weeks ago, school starts selling valentine stuffs and i bought this cut elittle choc! altho it aint big or what, but its damm cute!

Valentine's day of cuz, are filled with the scent of flowers, wilting flower or not, still are flowers. And well, cliche as it might be, roses are perfect. i just love the way they bloom.


The guys bought us flowers and we had to leave the LT in the midst of lecture to collect from them! and they poke the ppor bear's butt with what seem like a satay stick. But once u press its stomach, it makes a kissing noise! sho cute!

Birthdays! Food and Fun!

2007 carries alot of meaning for many of us. It marks the 21st bday for ys and well, its a big deal. Of cuz, the first 21st bday i celebrated this year was Meiling's and we had it in school. Although it was last week's matter, i could only blog about it when i gotten the pics from Ben. Haha no more running around videos cuz everythign was civilly done. We skipped 2 lectures for it though! lol

We were actually waiting for her for like 2hours , but befor we sprang her the surprise, we realise she is so late that our break was over. Hmm, this year, i made her a scrapbook and framed it upw ith messages left by each and everyone of the clique. We also gave her bday 'vouchers' which entitled her to services by us. Eg hugs n kisses frm the girls, being treated like queen by the guys, etc. lol!

After which, we went to Kbox and sang for like 5 hours. lolx! Ktv has always been fun for me though so i lurved it! Arhhh its really nice, cuz its the first tiem we all went singing!! Haha..

Over the weekend, i went shopping with Qj at marina square. I didnt really get my clothes yet, but he did. Well, guess since im the one that supposedly has lotas free time, i shouldnt complain. Within a span of around 2 hours, we gotten like 3 tops, 1 pair of pants for him. Tired me, wanted to have ice cream at Andersens. Damm, their services sucks. the extremly blur girl jsut cant get anythign right. Still, isnt the ice cream beautiful?! Haha. Although i set out to look for clothes, qj thought i should get soem base coat. He reckons my nails are too 'victimised' by me. lol! So we went into Face shop and he got me like 3 bottles of nails supplement, strawberry varnish remover! lol! So funny the way the sales person look at him as he made his round around the nail rack, trying to find a nice colour. Hahaha. Sighh. Quite sweet though abit gayish. lol. Today he went to a salon that offers manicure service, and told me they actually offer OPI range. lol! immediately i thought, wouldnt the manicurist look at him in wonder and think why in the world he knows so much about nail range? lol!

Last week, Victor's sister actually sent their dog over to my place, asing us to sdopt him. Initially my dad agreed, but after weeks of non stop toiling. we reckon that we cant handle him. Well, he is cute and everything but they require alot of work. In the whoel house only my dad will take him out for walks. i have no time, mum is super afraid of dogs, alex is too small. Luckily, before we sent him back yesterday, i manage to snap a pic with him during the weekends.

Marche Overload! Arhh, yesterday, Yang, Qj and I went to the new Marche at Vivocity for a Invitation only meal. free entry + free flow of food. isnt that heavenly? lol. Yang actually turn down PL's date to go. lol felt kinda bad but i wanted someone to accompany me. Arh, if Vic knew i chose Yang over him, im chopped meat. We had lotsa food, and typically Singaporean, u go wayyy overboard. By the end of the 3 hours, guess how much we ate.The cashier scanned the card and came up to almost $400. lol =X but it was free! so yeah, damm lucky. lol! its only free thats why we chalked up so much. Imagine we took like plates after plates of fried prawn which usually cost 15+++ per plate. By the end of everything, the swiss baker actually asked us to takaway the pastries and bread! lol so we took the huge Marche paper bag and start filling it with bakery goods. lol!

New blog cuz i wanted to change the tag board. the previous one load too slow. Sigh. Anyway Vdays coming!!! Arh, anyone wanna date me? lol!!! Asked Meiting if she prep her vday pressies not, prob accompany her shop over this weekend! =)
